    Arizona Department of Real Estate
    Continuing Education Requirements

    24 Hours of Continuing Education
    are required EVERY 2 YEARS.

    A minimum of 3 hours in each of the following categories
    is required for each renewal:

    Agency Law Commissioner's Standards*
    Fair Housing Issues Real Estate Legal Issues
    Contract Law Disclosure

    The remaining 6 hours may be in any of these subjects or "general" courses.

    *At least 3 hours of credit in the Commissioner's Standards category must be the Broker Management Clinic if you are an active status designated broker (which includes self-employed brokers).

    A licensee shall not receive credit for more than 9 hours of continuing education classes per day.
